Specialized Valuation & Strategy:

We conduct a thorough valuation with an eye toward the specific legal requirements of the estate. I present a custom sales strategy designed to meet your legal timeline and financial goals.

As part of the California probate process, the court appoints a Probate Referee to complete an independent appraisal of the property. This valuation establishes the official market value the court relies on when reviewing and approving a probate sale. In most cases, the home must sell for at least 90% of the Probate Referee’s appraised value, so understanding this number is an important part of pricing the property correctly.
